Healthcare Plans

We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision plans, and team members can select the appropriate plans to meet their individual needs. The dental plan includes an option for orthodontic coverage. The vision plan includes coverage for frames, lenses and contacts.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts help team members reduce the costs of medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses by allowing them to benefit from the use of pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health or dependent care expenses.

Basic Insurance Plans

TSYS provides Basic Group Life and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance to all eligible team members. Team members take comfort in knowing their families will benefit from this assistance in the event of a serious injury or death.   Supplemental and optional plans are also available at reduced costs.

The Company provides Long-term Disability insurance to all eligible team members with an option to increase the coverage at the team member's expense. 

Wealth Building Plans

In 2007, TSYS was also named to Computerworld's annual listing of "Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT)," appearing for the second consecutive year. Computerworld's annual "Best Places to Work in IT" feature ranks the top-100 work environments for technology professionals, based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, diversity, career development, training and retention.

TSYS Learning Center

The TSYS Learning Center (TLC), a 32,000 square-foot child care center, adjacent to the Riverfront Campus, accommodates approximately 300 children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years old, offering classes for infants, toddlers, transitional children and pre-schoolers. The center also provides a "school's out" program for school-aged children, during the summer months. This program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the world's largest organization of early childhood education.

Partnering with another of FORTUNE magazine's "Best Companies to Work For in America," TSYS selected Bright Horizons Family Solutions of Boston and Atlanta to help make this one of the finest childcare facilities in the community. Bright Horizons staffs the center with licensed, professional caregivers and teachers who follow a curriculum designed to foster children's growth and development. Bright Horizons is developing or manages centers for other prominent Georgia companies that include Turner Broadcasting, Emory University and Chick-fil-A.

Balance in Work and Family Life

TSYS encourages team members to create balance in their work and family lives. We believe this balance provides team members with a better quality of life and results in quality work. It is our hope that team members will find balance at work, at home and in their communities.

Vacation

Time away from work is necessary for rest and relaxation and to enjoy our families and personal lives. TSYS provides eligible full- and part-time team members vacation time off with pay. Vacations allow for a much needed break from regular job duties. This opportunity to rest and enjoy other interests is proven to enhance team members’ productivity when returning to work. It is also a great opportunity to reward tenure as vacation increases with length of service.

Paid Days Off (PDO)

A short-term absence of up to two weeks of regularly scheduled work hours is granted for personal or family needs such as illness, medical appointments, care of family members, family bereavement and religious holidays, which may not be included on the annual holiday calendar.

Family Education Time

Family Education Leave reflects TSYS’ belief in the value of families and the importance of a parent or guardian's role in the education of children. Time is given for participation in school/educational activities for a team member's child/children, grandchildren or others for whom the team member has parental responsibility.

Military Leave Policy

If time away from work is required to fulfill military duties, you may be eligible for regular pay and benefits for up to two weeks each calendar year. TSYS also pays team members who are called to duty during wartime or national crisis the difference between his or her regular base pay and his or her military compensation for up to a total of 24 months.

Adoption Assistance Plan

The Adoption Assistance Plan allows us to support families who desire to adopt a child. The adoption process can be demanding, stressful, and expensive, and the plan is designed to ease these burdens.  It helps to provide equity for all team members who are creating families whether through birth or adoption.

TSYS Helping Hands signifies the commitment of our team members around the globe to give back to their communities. Service to others is more than a philosophy; it is our responsibility. Through corporate community initiatives and other volunteer activities, team members everywhere will have opportunities to contribute to the well-being and growth of their communities.
