TSYS Managed Services EMEA
TSYS Managed Services (TMS) EMEA is focused solely on providing support to TSYS' clients in the financial industry with expertise to support issuing (commercial, consumer and debit), acquiring, prepaid and loyalty market segments. TMS has contact centers throughout Europe, including Barneveld, The Netherlands, and Milton Keynes and Coventry, United Kingdom. TMS also has an offshore center in The Philippines. TMS specializes in Customer Services, Risk Management, Back Office and Telemarketing services for TSYS clients, and has connectivity to all TSYS systems in place, and vast experience of delivering optimized solutions utilizing these systems.
Total System Services de México, S.A. de C.V.®
TSYS has a 49 percent equity investment in a joint venture with a number of Mexican banks, called TSYS de México®. The operation prints statements and provides card-issuing support services to clients of the ownership group and others.
GP Network Corporation
TSYS entered the Japanese market in 2000 by acquiring a majority share in GP Network Corporation (GP Net), a joint venture formed by seven leading Japanese credit card companies and Visa International. Shortly following the new partnership, a wholly owned TSYS subsidiary, TSYS Japan, was established to offer processing alternatives to the payment card industry. GP Net owns and operates a merchant network, rapidly delivering card transaction data between merchants and card companies.
CUP Data
CUP Data is China's largest third-party processor of electronic payments, providing transaction processing, disaster recovery and other services for issuing banks in China. CUP Data was established in 2003, and has signed more than 61 credit, debit and prepaid processing client banks at year-end 2008.
TSYS owns a 44.5-percent equity stake in CUP Data, a subsidiary of China UnionPay (CUP). CUP is the only payments network sanctioned by the People's Bank of China, China's central bank, and has become one of the world's largest and fastest-growing payments networks.
