Team Member Education
Team Member Education (TME) provides professional training to TSYS team members through classes focused on the specific work they will be doing in their respective jobs. Courses are available in a variety of media, including classroom, video and e-learning. Once on the job, team members can enroll in TME courses to acquire, maintain and optimize their skills throughout every career stage.

Tuition Assistance
Our Tuition Assistance Program enables our company to provide higher-education financial assistance - up to 100 percent of tuition expenses - to team members who satisfy the program's requirements.

The Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute's advanced leadership programs have helped develop TSYS team members from all levels of the company, including our CEO. The program uses classroom instruction, group activities, and on-the-job experiences. Participants are energized to embrace, practice, and impart the values of TSYS, making a difference today for an even stronger tomorrow.

Foundations of Leadership
Through the Foundations of Leadership program, leaders are working to make other leaders successful by teaching them to know and live our Leadership Expectations: Live the values, share the vision, make others successful and manage the business. "For the first time we are all singing off the same sheet of music as leaders," says one participant, "with Leadership Expectations, we are able to learn from one another in Foundations, and it is clear what is necessary to be a successful leader in my company."
