Healthcare Plans
We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, and our team members can select the appropriate plans to meet their own unique needs. The Dental Plan includes an option for orthodontic coverage. The Vision Plan includes coverage for frames, lenses and contacts.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts help our team members reduce the costs of medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses by allowing them to benefit from the use of pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health or dependent care expenses.

Insurance Plans
Our team members take comfort in knowing that their families will benefit from the assistance of our insurance plans in the event of a serious injury or death. These insurance plans are completely paid for by the company. Supplemental and optional plans are available to our team members at reduced costs.

The company provides Long-Term Disability insurance to all eligible team members with an option to increase the coverage at the team member's expense. All premiums are paid on an after-tax basis, so that the benefit is tax-free.

Retirement Plans
Our retirement package is one of the strongest in the industry. We want to help our team members build a financially secure future for themselves and their families. Each component of our Wealth Building Plan provides incentives for team members to exceed performance goals. Collectively, the components provide a way for us to thank team members for a job well done:

  • Money Purchase Pension Plan: TSYS contributes 7 percent of a team member's salary per year to this account
  • Profit Sharing: TSYS contributes up to 7 percent of a team member's salary per year in a profit sharing account, depending on company performance
  • 401(k): TSYS contributes up to 7 percent of a team member's salary to a 401(k) account, depending on company performance. Team members can also elect to deduct up to 79% of their salary for their 401(k) account each pay period
  • Stock Purchase Plan: TSYS will match 50 cents for every employee dollar in the stock purchase plan

Discounts on Banking Services
Eligible team members can take advantage of discounts on a wide array of bank services, from checking and savings accounts to credit cards.
