Columbus, Georgia - Tradition and Vision

Columbus is steeped in tradition, and yet it is a city with an eye on the future. It is a busy industrial center that speaks the new language of a multicultural society and a global economy.

Geographically, Columbus is a hub for regional travel. A rivertown, located on the banks of the Chattahoochee, five major highways intersect the city. Columbus is a convenient hour and a half south of Atlanta. For vacation or a long weekend, Florida beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the North Georgia mountains are just a short drive away.
