TSYS Signs Wright Express For Commercial Card Processing
Total Solutions to Provide Customer Care and Collections
Columbus, Ga., April 25, 2000 - Total System Services, Inc.® (TSYS®) (NYSE: "TSS"), today announced the signing of a multiyear agreement to process the Wright Express® Financial Services Corporation (WEXTM FSC) MasterCard commercial card portfolio. WEX FSC is a subsidiary of Wright Express LLC, the nation. s leading fleet card provider. In addition, TSYS Total Solutions® (Total Solutions®), a wholly owned subsidiary of TSYS, will provide customer care, collections and fraud services for the WEX FSC corporate MasterCard portfolio after the program is implemented.
