Total System Services Opens European Data Center
Partners with World-Class Leader VData Limited
Columbus, Ga., May 15, 2000 — Building on its momentum and preparing to serve clients in the European market, Total System Services, Inc.® (TSYS®) (NYSE: "TSS"), today announced the signing of an agreement with VData Limited (VData), a world-class data center infrastructure provider, for data center services in Europe. Under the terms of the agreement, VData will provide the space, infrastructure and environmentals necessary for TSYS’state-of-the-art data center, which is expected to be operational by year-end 2000.
