TSYS Turns to Thoughtmill to Automate Key Customer Service Processes

Atlanta, GA, Feb. 12, 2002 — Thoughtmill® Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of software design, engineering and assessment services for technology companies and enterprise organizations has been selected by TSYS (NYSE: TSS) to finalize requirements and provide a design to automate key customer service processes for TS2, the company’s flagship product.  TSYS, a subsidiary of Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE: SNV), provides software and services for worldwide electronic payments and is the largest third-party processor of international card payments, including credit, debit, commercial, private-label, stored-value and chip cards.
