TSYS Extends Longest Relationship With Metavante

Columbus, GA, November 1, 2005 - TSYS has renewed its processing agreement with Metavante Corporation, continuing the longest relationship that TSYS has maintained with any single client.

TSYS has delivered consumer and commercial credit card account processing services to Metavante since 1979, when TSYS operated as a division of Columbus Bank and Trust Company. Based in Milwaukee, Wis., Metavante is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI).
