TSYS Hosts Annual Investor Conference in New York

Columbus, GA, May 19, 2006 - Philip W. Tomlinson, chairman and chief executive officer of TSYS, and other executives will discuss the company's operations and business strategy at the upcoming TSYS Analyst Day on May 25. The conference will be held at the Mandarin Oriental New York, 80 Columbus Circle at 60th Street, in Manhattan, from 8 a.m. until noon. The conference will include the following presentations:

  • M. Troy Woods, president and chief operating officer, will discuss the company's strategic business outlook.
  • Bev Wells, president of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, will discuss acquiring and merchant services.
  • James B. Lipham, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the TSYS financial outlook.
  • Andrew W. Marks, group executive for affiliate operations, will discuss overviews for value-added services, TSYS Prepaid and ESC Loyalty.
  • A panel discussion on international expansion in Europe, South America and the Asia-Pacific will include Bruce L. Bacon, group executive for international services; Kelley C. Knutson, managing director of TSYS Europe; and David E. Duncan, senior director for the Asia-Pacific region.
