TSYS Acquiring Solutions Plans Consolidated Discover Network Servicing

Tempe, AZ, Sept. 26, 2006 - TSYS Acquiring Solutions^SM, formerly known as Vital Processing Services, the preeminent supplier of acquiring solutions, related systems and integrated support services to the acquiring industry, and Discover Financial Services LLC, a business unit of Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS), today announced plans to integrate Discover Network card acceptance into its offering for merchant acquirers and independent sales organizations (ISOs).

It is the objective of TSYS Acquiring Solutions to offer its clients the ability to include the Discover Network brand across its product suite, along with the other major payment brands. Full support for Discover Network products will be available on the TSYS Acquiring platforms, including integrated merchant billing and reporting, comprehensive merchant statementing and servicing, consolidated settlement processing, and exception and chargeback management.
