TSYS Executives to Discuss Merchant Retention and Compliance at the 2007 ETA Annual Meeting

Tempe, Ariz., April 12, 2007— TSYS Acquiring Solutions^SM, the pre-eminent supplier of acquiring solutions, related systems and integrated support services to the acquiring industry, will feature four TSYS executives at the 2007 Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Annual Meeting & Expo, the premier event for the acquiring industry.

Victoria Strayer, vice president of business risk, operations and compliance for TSYS Acquiring Solutions, will moderate two panels. On April 17, she will moderate the afternoon session of Compliance Day, a day-long event that gives industry professionals an opportunity to learn more about the complex regulations that govern the payments industry. In addition, Ms. Strayer will moderate the "Data Security Compliance - What it Takes to Get PCI Done Right" educational breakout session on April 18.

Darrel Anderson, senior vice president of sales and business development for TSYS Acquiring Solutions, will speak at the "Merchant Retention and Portfolio Management: Maximizing Portfolio Value Using Tips, Tricks and Data Analytics" educational breakout session. Barbara Wingle, director of sales support and channel development for TSYS Acquiring Solutions, will moderate the April 18 panel.

Chris Truelson, senior vice president of business development at TSYS Prepaid, will speak about the future of prepaid at the ETA's Prepaid Super Session, scheduled for April 18.
