TSYS Ranked Among Best Places to Work in Information Technology

Columbus, Ga., June 20, 2007 - TSYS, the global payments services company, has been named to IDG's Computerworld annual listing of "Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT)," appearing for the second consecutive year. TSYS appears on this year's list at No. 71.

"At TSYS we put our people first, and respect the worth of every individual," says Philip W. Tomlinson, chairman and chief executive officer of TSYS. "Those core values make it possible for us to have the honor of being ranked among the most respected leaders in IT."

Since 1994, Computerworld's annual "Best Places to Work in IT" feature has ranked the top 100 work environments for technology professionals, based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, diversity, career development, training and retention.

"IT executives face a number of issues that have made their work environments increasingly challenging," said Don Tennant, editor in chief of Computerworld. "This year's top 100 companies have figured out how to give IT workers the sense of fulfillment and recognition they need to stay put in this changing economy."

The Best Places to Work feature appears in the June 18 issue of Computerworld and online at computerworld.com.
