Client Training
Education is vital to staying ahead in the ever-changing world of electronic payments. For those new to the system, TSYS®' client training group provides a general overview. Once a client has a basic understanding of the system structure, we focus on individual subsystems related to finance, risk and customer care. TSYS can assist clients during conversion and support them during start up. Its post-implementation training sessions and workshops assist clients with new employee, procedure and subsystem training.
Our client training also offers classes to large and small groups in a classroom setting. Students gain skill and confidence by participation in hands-on exercises and valuable question-and-answer sessions. Some classes are also available via web-conference. All courses are taught by TSYS professionals who have in-depth industry knowledge and who take a personal interest in helping clients meet their individual business needs.
As part of a global company, our trainers have experienced many cultures and are able to adapt their sessions to meet the needs of each new audience. Our training classes are available in selected languages, in addition to English. Classes can be conducted at the client site, TSYS' headquarters or other TSYS locations around the world.
