Training and Development Services

For those new to the system, TSYS Education encourages a general overview. Once a client has a basic understanding of the system structure, TSYS Education focuses on individual subsystems, including collections, accounting, fraud and related services. These and all courses are taught by TSYS professionals who have in-depth industry knowledge and who take a personal interest in helping clients meet their individual business needs, saving significant amounts of time and money.

TSYS Education can assist clients during conversion and support them during start up. Its post-implementation seminars and workshops assist clients with new employee, procedure and subsystem training.

TSYS Education also offers classes to large and small groups in a classroom setting. Students gain skill and confidence by participation in hands-on exercises and valuable question-and-answer sessions.

Because TSYS is a global processor, our training classes and documentation are available in selected languages, in addition to English. Classes can be conducted at the client site, TSYS' headquarters or other TSYS locations around the world.
