Acceptable Use Policy

By using Card Rule Application, The End User ("you") agrees to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy between you and Total System Services, Inc. ("TSYS"). TSYS reserves the right to change or modify the terms of the AUP at any time, effective when posted on TSYS'S web site at Customer's use of the Card Rule Application after changes to the AUP are posted shall constitute acceptance of any changed or additional terms. The AUP applies to all usage or access of the Card Rule Application and any associated services.

You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omissions that occur under your account or password, and you agree not to engage in unacceptable use of the Application(s), including but not limited to the following activities:

(i) including creating a false identity or otherwise attempting to mislead any person as to your identity or the origin of any communication transmitted through the Card Rule Application;

(ii) using accounts, account numbers, or attempting to authorize transactions through accounts for which you do not have full authority to conduct such activities;

(iii) disseminating or transmitting any materials or messages that do not pertain to the intended use of the Card Rule Application (including spam or advertising) or that contain anything that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, offensive, or malicious;

(iv) disseminating or transmitting files, graphics, software, or other material that actually or potentially infringes the Intellectual Property right of any person or entity;

(v) exporting, re-exporting, or otherwise transmitting data, information, or software in violation of any applicable export or import law, regulation, or restriction;

(vi) interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to information or other accounts hosted on the TSYS Card Rule systems;

(vii) attempting copy, modify, or reverse engineer the TSYS Card Rule Application without the express written permission from an authorized representative of TSYS; or

(viii) engaging in any other activity deemed by the TSYS to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Card Rule Application EULA or the intended use of the Card Rule Application.

TSYS may take actions resulting in anything from a warning to suspension or termination of the Card Rule Application and related services. Where feasible, TSYS may in its sole discretion provide notice of the AUP violation via e-mail or otherwise allowing the End User to promptly correct and remedy such violation. TSYS has no obligation to monitor content of any use of the Card Rule Application. However, TSYS may monitor usage in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations or other governmental or judicial authorities, or to protect TSYS systems, applications and TSYS customers. TSYS hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from or relating to End User's violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Any complaints or notices regarding violation of this AUP should be directed to When possible, include details that would assist TSYS in investigating and resolving the complaint.

Any notifications that TSYS sends pursuant to this AUP will be sent via the e-mail address registered or linked to Card Rule account. It is your responsibility to promptly notify TSYS of any changes to your contact information.
