Our second annual research study on Canadian consumers' preferred payment choice reveals how Canadian consumers prefer to communicate with their bank.

We are pleased to publish our second annual research study on Canadian consumers' preferred payment choice. The 2015 online survey of more than 1,200 respondents provides insights into basic payment behavior, and reveals how Canadian consumers prefer to communicate with their bank. The goal of this study is to provide relevant info to help financial institutions with their payment strategies, and to create a useful reference tool for other participants in the Canadian payments industry.
