Our fifth annual research study on payment preferences among consumers in the U.S. uncovers drivers of consumer behavior and updated information on consumer preferences for payment and communication methods.

We are pleased to publish our fifth annual research study on payment preferences among consumers in the U.S. The 2015 survey of more than 1,000 participants uncovers drivers of consumer behavior and updated information on consumer preferences for payment and communication methods. This year's study also provides insight into digital engagement trends, including growing interest among cardholders in using mobile technology to manage and protect their finances. The goal of this study is to provide relevant info to help financial institutions with their payment strategies, and to create a useful reference tool for other participants in the payments industry.
